Description

The Department of Physical Therapy of the College of Rehabilitation Sciences offers the four-year BS Physical Therapy program, the only PT program in the Philippines with Level IV status awarded by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).

Program graduates have consistently performed well in the licensure examinations for physical therapists conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission, attaining an average passing rate of 93.23% from 2015 to 2019. Just recently, UST garnered 98% in the PT licensure examinations given in August 2019.

The expertise of its teaching force lends itself to the implementation of an enhanced curriculum incorporating the use of innovative technology, such as web-enhanced courses, multi-media equipment, and others; and 6. It has existing linkages with local, national, and international agencies and institutions thereby expanding its network.
