Assistant Professor Julie Ann Reboron Tapispisan, MD, FPCP, FPSMO, stands as a key figure in the Department of Medicine at UST Faculty of Medicine & Surgery, contributing to medical education and advancing the field of Medical Oncology. Her administrative roles include serving as the Training Officer for the Section of Medical Oncology at USTH, leading Tumor Boards at the Benavides Cancer Institute, and directing the Cancer Center at Central Luzon Doctors’ Hospital. She further extends her impact through various roles in the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology (PSMO) as a member of the Governing Council serving as the Coordinator for the Scientific, Membership & Credentials, and Wellness Committees. In addition, she is also part of the Training Committee of the same society. Dr. Tapispisan’s dedication extends to scholarly pursuits in Medical Education, Research, and Clinical Trials. Her extensive education includes a Fellowship in Medical Oncology. She is affiliated with prestigious international organizations such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC), and Asia Oncology Society (AOS).
