Engr. Albert Surla obtained his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Sangmyung University in 2015. He has published numerous pieces of research and has been chosen as the Best Presentation at the 4th International Conference on Convergence Technology in July 2014 and Best Dissertation Award at the Annual Conference of the Korean Society of Hazard Mitigation in February 2014.
