Assistant Professor Arlinking Ong-Go is an internal medicine specialist with over 12 years of experience in gastroenterology and hepatology. She is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology and is particularly interested听in liver diseases. Dr. Ong-Go is actively involved in research and serves as a mentor to residents and fellows. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Philippine Society of Gastroenterology, one of the current executive board members, and the Hepatology Society of the Philippines, where she was past president.

Research Highlights

Dr Ong-Go has received numerous recognition and awards throughout her career, including the Presidential Award from the Asia-Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver in 2011 for her work on the treatment options for Lamivudine-resistant chronic hepatitis B patients with suboptimal virological suppression by Adefovir. She was also听awarded the Young Investigator Award from the Asia-Pacific Digestive Week in 2008. Dr Ong-Go has published extensively in several reputable medical journals, including the Journal of Hepatology and Lancet Gastroenterology and Hepatology
