Rene C. Mendoza received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting in 1987. He passed the licensure exam for Certified Public Accountant and is a lifetime member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Accountants (PICPA). He also obtained his Certificate in Professional Education from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines in 1996 and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in the same year. He finished his Master of Arts of Education in 2012 from St. Joseph’s College of Quezon City. He taught Accounting and Entrepreneurship for 15 years before joining the University of Santo Tomas in 2013 in the Department of Industrial Engineering where he handles Financial and Managerial Accounting. He also works as an accountant for several companies.
