GARCIA, Amante R.

Amante R. Garcia finished his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) at the University of Santo Tomas in 1993. He finished his Masters of Science in Electronics and communications Engineering (MSECE) at De la Salle University in 2008. He is a Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) and an active member of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP). He is also a Certified Cisco Academy Instructor (CCAI) since year 2000. He served as President of the Cisco Networking Academy Core Council of the Philippines Inc. from 2008 to 2014. He also served in various capacities in UST, as ECE Department Chairman in 2008-2010 and Masters in Engineering Program (MEP) coordinator in 2010-2014.His research interest includes Data Communication Systems, Computer Communications LAN and WAN Design, Internet of Things (IoT) and Linux Operating Systems.
