BALTAZAR, Leonila Wilhelmina N.

Asst. Prof. Leonila Wilhelmina N. Baltazar is a faculty member of the College of Education, handling professional education and Biological Science major courses. She obtained her Master in Biology Education and Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas. She also served as College Secretary of the College of Education from 2014-2016, Chairperson of the Teacher Education Department from 2011-2014, and Principal of the Education High School from 2016-2019. Asst. Prof. Baltazar is also the Coordinator of the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) STEP-UP Program in the College.
