The Doctor of Medicine program of the University of Santo Tomas was included in the 2019 Quacquarelli-Symonds (QS) world subject rankings, landing a spot in the 451st to 500th rank.
UST’s medicine program, the longest-running in the Philippines, is one of UST’s flagships, having been declared a Center of Excellence by the Commission on Higher Education.
Through the years, the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery produces physicians who consistently top and pass the board exams en masse, at more than 400 passers during peak-season boards.
