Eunice Ann Libaton, a 2016 BSc Accountancy graduate of the UST-Alfredo M. Velayo College of Accountancy, ranked 2nd in the worldwide in the Certified Management Accountant examinations for the January/February 2017 batch. The international examination is administered by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, whose Board of Regents awarded the Student Certificate of Distinguished Performance to Libaton.
Libaton will travel to the United States of America to receive her medal and certificate of recognition, courtesy of Insights Financial Review. Libaton is also a graduate of the UST Education High School, Batch 2011.
