Last July 14-15, 2018, the officials and faculty members of the Chemical Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering met with officials from the Petron Bataan Refinery in Limay, Bataan, in order to find areas of industry-academe collaboration.
Among the collaboration points discussed were an off-site Master of Science in Chemical Engineering to be partly hosted in PBR, scholarships for students, and the development of a Petroleum Engineering specialization track for the Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering students.
