Submit to the Graduate School the following documents:Â
- TOEFL English ProficiencyÂ
- a photocopy (but duly certified true) of latest Transcript of RecordsÂ
- one (1) colored, passport-size, recent photoÂ
- any document(s) attesting to passing the Bar / Board Exam, or being a scholar of any agency (optional)Â
Secure upon submission of the aforementioned documents the following forms, then submit the same to the Office of the Graduate School:Â
- Application FormÂ
- Two (2) Referral Forms: 1) from the current immediate superior or Dean; and 2) from a professor in a specialization / major subjectÂ
- Personal Data SheetÂ
Inquire from the Office of the Registrar whether application for admission has been accepted. If accepted, pay the Out-of-State Fee before formally enrolling at the Graduate School.Â
- Master’s – $2,750Â
- Doctorate – $3,500Â
Present the Out-of-State Fee official receipt to the Graduate School upon enrollment.Â
